The Sasso Society

There are many mysteries surrounding the Sasso Society. Only few information could be confirmed: We know the society is around for at least a couple of centuries. And that they originated in northern Italy. Legends claim that Francesco Borromini and Giovanni Marcacci were among the members. But nobody knows for certain. The only thing we know with certainty is that the society creates every 20 years a famous hunt: “The Caccia al Sasso”, or in English hunt for the stone. Since centuries, the caccia is an exceptional event. The society hides somewhere a large stone, the Sasso. The goal is to find this stone. Finding it might lead to an invitation to the society. An exceedingly rare privilege. The caccia starts with the appearance of the ceremonial mask of the society. The mask hides an encrypted message. This time the mask appeared in Zug. The caccia has begun.
