Escape from Earth

Humanity has managed to destroy itself, everything science has warned about for years has come true. The weather became increasingly extreme, resources scarcer and ultimately, not much has remained of the Earth as we knew it. You have survived the natural disasters and famines, but you lead a rather desolate life. For weeks you have been wandering through the wasteland hoping to still encounter a living soul. No one really knows how many people have survived the numerous disasters, but you don't want to give up hope for more survivors yet.
